Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for US-based positions using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and work authorization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate records and progress.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, employment regulations, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs such as submission targets, interviews, and successful placements.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in US-based recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Experience handling technical and non-technical roles across various domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work US time-zone hours when needed.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
