UNA-OIC Doha is part of the Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, dedicated to fostering collaboration, cultural exchange, and international dialogue among member states. With a mission to strengthen global partnerships and promote mutual understanding, we are expanding our presence in Doha and seeking an experienced International Relations Manager to lead our diplomatic and organizational initiatives.

Role Overview

The International Relations Manager will be responsible for managing external relations, building strategic partnerships, and representing UNA-OIC Doha in international forums. This role requires strong diplomatic skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to navigate complex international environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international relations strategies aligned with UNA-OIC’s mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations.
  • Represent UNA-OIC Doha in conferences, forums, and diplomatic engagements.
  • Coordinate cultural exchange programs and collaborative initiatives among member states.
  • Monitor global trends and provide insights to leadership on international affairs.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and proposals for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and international protocols.
  • Mentor and guide staff in international relations practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in international relations, diplomacy, or global affairs.
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships and international projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international protocols, cultural diplomacy, and global governance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic and French are strong advantages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR31,000.00 per month
