What You Will Lead

This role demands initiative, ownership, and strategic execution.

• Develop and implement market-entry plans for new international regions
• Proactively prospect, qualify and convert global high-value prospects
• Build deep, trust-based partnerships with automotive clients worldwide
• Lead advanced negotiations and close complex commercial agreements
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor competitive moves and industry trends to inform sales strategy

Who Thrives in This Role

• 1–2 years of strong sales performance, preferably with global or automotive exposure
• Proven ability to hit and exceed aggressive sales targets
• Exceptional communication — written + spoken English is mandatory
• Strong pipeline management, CRM discipline and forecasting ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / International Relations is preferred
• Multilingual ability or familiarity with international trade procedures is an advantage

Compensation & Rewards

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)
• Commissions: Uncapped — directly tied to individual performance
