Role Overview

As an integral part of our global sales team, you will drive client acquisition efforts, manage key buyer relationships, and contribute directly to international business growth within the automotive sector.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Market Strategy: Develop and execute targeted plans to enter and expand in high-potential global markets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term international buyers.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with overseas automotive clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract discussions with confidence, finalize deals, and secure profitable partnerships.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to delivery.
• Market Analysis: Track global trends, competitive activity, and buyer behavior to refine sales strategies.
• Target Achievement: Consistently reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a performance-driven, proactive individual with a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.

You should have:

• Experience: 1–2 years in international sales (automotive industry experience is a major advantage).
• Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Independent Drive: Ability to manage accounts with minimal supervision and a strong focus on results.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, knowledge of import/export processes, and multilingual capabilities.
