As a Global Automotive Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, strengthening global partnerships, and shaping our presence across the automotive sector worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

This role is designed for someone who can take charge, think strategically, and deliver consistently. You will:

• Develop and execute targeted market-entry strategies for new international regions
• Identify, pursue, and convert high-value prospects across global automotive markets
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-centric relationships with international automotive clients
• Lead high-level negotiations and manage complex commercial deal cycles
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay aware of competitive developments and industry trends to guide strategic decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will excel in this role if you bring both performance and potential:

• 1–2 years of proven sales success, preferably with exposure to global markets or the automotive industry
• Demonstrated ability to achieve — and surpass — ambitious sales targets
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
• Additional languages or familiarity with international trade procedures are a strong plus

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 (based on experience and capability)
• Commission: Uncapped, performance-driven earning potential
