Your Role & Responsibilities
As an International Sales Executive, you will manage the complete sales lifecycle while representing Renexus Resource Group across international markets.
- International Business Development: Research, approach, and convert corporate clients across global regions to support revenue expansion.
- Client Engagement & Communication: Handle outbound and inbound interactions with professionalism, clarity, and confidence across multiple channels.
- Negotiation & Closing: Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and secure long-term agreements with decision-makers and executives.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, share market intelligence, and refine sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Sales Experience: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in sales or business development; exposure to international markets is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English for professional interaction with global clients.
- Process & Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
- Performance Mindset: Self-driven, target-focused, resilient, and collaborative in high-pressure environments.
