We’re Hiring: Sales Agents / Business Development Executives

ST Group of Companies is expanding its sales team! We are looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Agents / Business Development Executives and looking for experienced sales professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the automobile industry to handle high-value international sales. Who can build strong client relationships and close deals successfully. We offer two shifts Morning 10 AM to ^ PM & Night shift 7 PM to 3 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Promote company services and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We Offer

• Salary + Commission OR Commission-Only options

• Commission paid in PKR and USD

• Commission on top of deals

• Half commission paid on customer deposit (no need to wait for full payment)

Commission Structure

• Be Forward Sales: PKR 5,000 – 7,000 per unit

• ST Group – Japan Unit: PKR 30,000 per unit

o PKR 15,000 on first deposit

o PKR 15,000 after completion of payment

• ST Group – UK, Thailand & UAE Units: PKR 55,000 per unit

o PKR 20,000 on first deposit

o PKR 35,000 after completion of payment

• ST Group – China Unit: PKR 300,000 per unit

o PKR 150,000 on first deposit

o PKR 150,000 after completion of payment
