About Us Better Casting is a vertically integrated manufacturing company specializing in API 6A certified ring gaskets, B7 studs, and oilfield sealing products. With comprehensive capabilities spanning casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, and plating, we serve the global oil and gas industry with high-quality precision components. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic International Sales and Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience to drive business growth across global markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with international clients, identifying new product opportunities, and developing marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions. The position offers flexible work arrangements (remote, in-person, or hybrid) depending on candidate location.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies for Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America markets Identify, prospect, and acquire new international clients through targeted outreach and relationship building Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers to drive repeat business and account growth Conduct technical and commercial discussions with international OEMs and end-users Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to international clients Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads from target markets Create marketing content including case studies, product presentations, and technical materials Manage participation in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events Collaborate with product development team to align offerings with market demands Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates across different markets Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to management Maintain accurate records in CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to CEO Develop region-specific marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation Support export documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field 5-7 years of proven experience in international sales and business development Strong track record of acquiring new international clients and growing existing accounts Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - mandatory Experience in B2B sales with ability to understand technical products and customer requirements Experience selling technical products (ring gaskets, fasteners, or similar industrial components) is recommended Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across cultures Strategic thinking with capability to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools Willingness to travel internationally (approximately once per year for key customer meetings) Preferred Qualifications Experience in oil and gas industry sales (strongly preferred) Existing network and connections with oil and gas OEMs, particularly in drilling segment Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, SEO/SEM) Familiarity with Middle East, European, Southeast Asian, or South American markets Background in engineering or technical education Track record of achieving sales targets in international markets .
