International Sales and Marketing Regional Manager
We are looking for a team member for the position of International Sales and Marketing Regional Manager in the Sales and Marketing department of our company, a leading and reliable manufacturer in the automotive sector, with the qualifications and competencies listed below.
General Qualifications

Graduated from universities in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or similar fields.

Capable of conducting written and verbal communication with foreign customers and companies; proficient in English , French or Arabic.

At least 3 years of experience in international sales and marketing activities, preferably in manufacturing companies within similar sectors.

Strong communication skills, high self-confidence, and discipline in work.

Able to take responsibility and possess problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills, high persuasion capability, teamwork-oriented, and strong follow-up skills.

Competent in problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Continuously updating oneself by following developments in the sector and market.

Capable of conducting research activities related to market analysis and commercial intelligence.

No restrictions on international or domestic travel.

Experience in international fairs and overseas travel, able to keep up with a high-paced work environment.

Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably experienced in ERP systems.

Holds a Class B driver's license and can drive actively.
Job Description

Maintain the existing customer portfolio abroad and expand it by finding new customers.

Sustain communication with existing customers and increase sales.

Manage communication with customers via email and phone.

Conduct regular international trips for existing and new customers.

Manage the tendering and preparation processes for international projects.

Engage in business development activities in dealerships and other sales channels.

Prepare regional/country reports, analyze and report them, and ensure necessary actions are taken in line with targets.

Organize participation in international fairs and represent the company at these events.
