About the Role
We are hiring a confident, English-fluent individual with experience in international customer service or telesales (preferably UK campaigns) to support a group of nurseries based in the UK. The role involves handling parent enquiries, booking viewings, following up, and supporting the admissions process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls, messages, and web enquiries from parents (via WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or Phone)
- Schedule nursery viewings by coordinating with UK nursery managers
- Follow up with parents post-viewing to answer questions and convert to registration
- Support paperwork completion and deposit follow-ups
- Update lead tracker and maintain accurate follow-up notes
- Coordinate with UK-based finance/admin teams for documentation
- Achieve weekly targets for response time, viewings booked, and registrations completed
Requirements
- 7+ years of international call center or sales/customer support experience (UK preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Familiar with CRMs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, Zoom
- Comfortable working UK business hours (1 PM to 10 PM PKT)
- Self-organised and responsive with a polite, service-oriented attitude
Job Type & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: PKR 110,000 – 130,000 plus commission (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus
