Role Overview
As an International Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth across global markets. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with international clients, and close deals that contribute to the company’s revenue goals. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, communication finesse, and a hunger to win in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in target international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches, proposals, and demos.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and report weekly progress.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally within the technology sector.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, or software solutions.
- Exposure to markets such as the US, UK, GCC, or Europe.
- Understanding of lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and B2B platforms.
