Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (On-site)
Employment: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Overview

Renexus Resource Group is hiring proactive, ambitious Sales Executives to strengthen our global sales function in Karachi. This is a high-impact role where you will engage international prospects, build relationships across markets, and directly contribute to revenue expansion.

This role suits individuals who are confident communicators, self-driven, and excited about working in global business environments.

Key Functions

In this role, you will manage the complete sales journey — prospecting, engagement, conversion, and account follow-through.

• Identify and reach out to international leads through calls, emails, and online channels
• Maintain an active pipeline of outbound and inbound prospects
• Present value-driven solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Track interactions, reports, and leads accurately in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project execution
• Monitor market shifts, competition, and customer signals to enhance sales strategy

Ideal Profile

We are looking for individuals who combine excellent communication with persistence and a target-driven mindset.

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong English speaking + writing skills
• Understanding of sales funnels, relationship building, and closing techniques
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Fresh graduates, university students, and female candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
