International Sales Executive

We are a distribution and trading company operating within the global markets and based in Dubai. We trade branded goods in the Beauty and Spirits categories. Currently we are seeking an experienced Trader with strong market knowledge, supplier networks, and proven expertise in sourcing and negotiating skills.

Key responsibilities

o The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end trading operations — from supplier selection and import/export coordination to market expansion and profitability growth.

o Identify and source cosmetic and beauty products (skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrances, etc.) from reliable manufacturers and suppliers.

o Negotiate pricing, coordinate logistics, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and buyers.

o Analyse market demand, competitor trends, and pricing strategies to identify new opportunities.

o Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

o Monitor profit margins, track sales performance, and prepare trade reports.

o Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the business network.

Requirements

Fluency in English. Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a big and additional advantage.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.

Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, assertive, ambitious, and comfortable with making outbound calls.

Willingness to travel internationally for up to 25% of your working hours.

Residing in the UAE.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
