Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive executive to manage Outreach sales through our global agent networks (WCA, JCTrans, GLA, etc.). The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with overseas partners, operations, sales, and customers to ensure smooth handling of nominated shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound shipment nominations from global agents (WCA, JCTrans, GLA, and other networks)
• Communicate promptly with overseas partners regarding shipment details, rates, SOPs, and updates
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Customs, Accounts) for smooth execution
• Prepare and share freight quotations for nominated shipments
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to agents and clients
• Ensure compliance with agreed SOPs and network standards
• Maintain nomination records and update CRM/system regularly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents
• Resolve operational or documentation issues efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding (preferably handling nominations)
• Good understanding of air freight, sea freight (LCL/FCL), and customs procedures
• Strong communication skills (email & verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
