Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products/services.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound or telesales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
