Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to support our UK client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in cross-cultural environments and are passionate about academic publishing and research solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with international clients and stakeholders based in the United Kingdom via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Generate sales revenue and contribute to overall profitability through strategic account management and new business acquisition.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard potential clients for RSP and related digital publishing services.
- Develop and execute targeted sales initiatives to expand market presence and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and outcomes using internal CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in publishing, edtech, or SaaS is a strong advantage).
- Intermediate, A-Levels, or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Comfortable working in UK-aligned shift timings (Day or Afternoon shift).
- Based in Karachi and available for onsite work at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Research Publishing Platforms (RSP), academic publishing workflows, or self-publishing ecosystems.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, lead tracking, or sales analytics.
- Experience communicating with UK or European clients.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
