We are expanding our Pakistan sales team and seeking highly ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals who want to build a global career and benefit from exceptional earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses in the USA and UK
• Present Sprouto’s AI and software engineering talent services
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads
• Build relationships with CTOs, founders, and senior technical decision-makers
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain consistent performance
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and confidence in client calls
• Previous sales experience (international markets preferred)
• Highly ambitious and motivated by strong earning potential
• Able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively

• Interest in AI, software engineering, and modern tech delivery models
