Position Overview:
Turalı Group Internship Program is a 24-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Turalı. The Sales Intern will have a unique assignment that support larger projects as well as the day-to -day tasks of the sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Roles and Responsibilities will vary by Turalı business location, but may include the following:
· Gained knowledge of the industry as it pertains to the Turalı business location
· Experience in planning and organizational skills
· Review current sales program activities to make recommendations for changes/improvement opportunities
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Detailed roles and responsibilities will be outlined dependent on business Group, location and the project outlined
· Market Analysis, identify areas for growth and emerging trends.
· Competitive Product GAP Analysis, construct supporting strategy to address product portfolio shortfalls and growth opportunities.
· Product Portfolio Performance Analysis, provide a plan for required action to improve sales and financial performance.
· Support various new product development initiatives and product launches.
Skills and Experience:
· Student must be enrolled in an accredited university
· Strong verbal and written communication skills (2 foreign language preffered)
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
