Renexus Resource Group is offering an exciting opportunity through our Global Business Development Trainee Program — a structured, full-time pathway designed to turn motivated individuals into high-performing International Sales professionals.

This is a professional development program, not an internship. It provides real responsibilities, performance-based growth, and direct involvement in international business operations.

Program Snapshot & Role Responsibilities

During this intensive training journey, you will gain hands-on experience in global business development while working closely with seasoned sales leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • International Lead Engagement: Connect with prospects across global markets through professional outreach channels (calls, emails) to understand needs, assess opportunities, and nurture business relationships.
  • Sales Communication Excellence: Learn to deliver compelling value propositions, present service offerings confidently, and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and surpass assigned KPIs, activity metrics, and revenue-focused goals.
  • Skill Development: Participate in structured training covering negotiation, sales processes, CRM usage, objection handling, and customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior sales representatives and support teams to facilitate client onboarding and market growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm, discipline, and a strong learning attitude to the table.

  • English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, A-Levels, or equivalent. (Final-year students are encouraged to apply.)
  • Experience: Exposure to international sales, customer support, or telemarketing (6–12 months) is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Professional Traits: High energy, adaptability, resilience, and a consistent drive to excel.
  • Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally.

  • Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PKT)
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
