Global Business Development Trainee Track | Full-Time | On-Site (Karachi)

Program Overview

This comprehensive trainee track blends practical execution with continuous learning. You will actively participate in live international sales operations while receiving structured training and one-on-one mentorship to build a strong foundation in global B2B sales.

Core Responsibilities & Learning Scope

Global Client Outreach

  • Engage with international prospects through professional outbound calls and targeted email campaigns
  • Understand client objectives and contribute to developing long-term business relationships

Sales Communication & Value Delivery

  • Learn to present services clearly and persuasively to international decision-makers
  • Build confidence in structured sales discussions and objection handling

Performance & KPI Ownership

  • Work within defined daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Improve outcomes through ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and coaching

Sales Skill Development

  • Receive hands-on training in lead qualification, negotiation methods, CRM platforms, and closing strategies
  • Learn directly from experienced sales professionals and team leads

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support senior sales teams in executing revenue-driven strategies and initiatives

Candidate Profile

Compensation & Career Development

  • Base Salary: Starting from PKR 35,000 (based on skills and interview evaluation)
