Program Overview

This program combines hands-on execution with continuous learning. You will actively participate in live international sales operations while receiving mentorship and structured training to develop a strong foundation in global B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas

International Client Engagement

• Connect with global prospects via professional calls and targeted emails
• Understand client requirements and assist in building long-term business relationships

Sales Communication & Value Presentation

• Learn to confidently present services and communicate value to international decision-makers
• Build structured sales conversations and master objection-handling techniques

Performance & KPI Management

• Operate within daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Enhance results through ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews

Sales Skills Development

• Receive practical training in lead qualification, negotiation, CRM systems, and closing techniques
• Learn directly from experienced sales professionals and senior team members

Team Collaboration

• Support senior sales teams in executing revenue-focused strategies

Candidate Profile
