Job Description: International Sales Lead

Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 3–4 Years (International Sales)
Location: Onsite

Job Summary

The International Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue from international markets by managing global clients, closing sales opportunities, and expanding the company’s overseas presence. The role requires hands-on experience in international B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complete sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with international customers through calls and emails to promote financial products.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
  • Ensure compliance with international sales processes and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in international sales (B2C)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Experience working with international time zones and clients is plus point.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
