Steiner e-Optics is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to promote and sell our
precision optics in the Asia Pacific territory. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the law
enforcement, military, and government sectors in this key international region. In this role, you'll

business opportunities, build strong client relationships, partner with agencies and ensure
satisfaction with advanced defense solutions.

Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead growth by capturing sales revenue and developing opportunities within your
assigned region.
- Ensure deals/contracts meet profitability goals while delivering value to clients.
- Create and execute market strategies tailored to defense trends and customer needs,
driving revenue within budget.
- Identify and secure new business in international markets, expanding our strong defense
product portfolio.
- Manage and mentor regional agents and distribution partners to grow our global presence.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions,
showcasing our defense solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in defense contracting organizations.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring compliance with industry
regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from engineering to logistics, ensuring seamless
product delivery and support.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and potential risks.
- Ensure full compliance with international laws, export controls, and defense industry
regulations.
- Report to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7+ years of experience in international Asian Pacific sales within the defense and/or federal sector.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets in highly regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of defense procurement, government contracts, and international defense
markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 70%.
- Expertise in export controls (ITAR, EAR) and defense compliance regulations.
- Must be a US Person per ITAR compliance.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field; MBA
or advanced degree is a bonus.
- Military experience is not required but is considered a plus.
