We’re expanding HomeRenoQuotes globally—and we’re searching for an enthusiastic, sharp, and relationship-driven International Sales Representative to help us onboard top contractors, build partnerships, and scale our presence across new markets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with renovation contractors, builders, architects, and home service providers across international markets.
- Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and cold calling to build strong pipelines.
Sales & Onboarding
- Pitch HomeRenoQuotes’ value proposition—verified leads, 3-quote guarantee, vetted homeowners, and high close-ratio opportunities.
- Onboard contractors into our ecosystem and guide them through the subscription or pay-per-lead plan.
Market Expansion
- Research trends and competitive landscapes in markets such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia,
- Recommend expansion strategies and identify high-potential regions.
Relationship Management
- Build trust with contractors through consistent communication.
- Understand contractor needs, challenges, and ensure they get the most from our platform.
Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain CRM records and share weekly progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or contractor/real estate-related fields.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and outreach abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a huge plus).
- Comfortable working across time zones.
- Self-driven with a passion for growth and results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or contractor onboarding.
- Knowledge of markets like North America, UK, Australia, or the Middle East.
- Prior experience with CRM tools and digital sales processes.
