International Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are hiring confident and result-driven International Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle calls independently, verify customer information, and efficiently close qualified leads while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum education: Intermediate / Graduation preferred
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-based environment
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site
