At Esvita Clinic, we assist patients from across the globe who travel to Istanbul for hair transplants, dental care, and aesthetic treatments.

As our international patient network continues to grow, we are looking for Medical Advisors / Patient Coordinators who are passionate about building trust, managing client communication, and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey.

This role is people-oriented, results-driven, and offers a strong impact within the expanding medical tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international patients via WhatsApp, phone, and CRM platforms
• Identify patient needs, expectations, and concerns
• Support patients in selecting treatments and completing booking processes
• Establish trust through effective communication and consistent follow-ups
• Collaborate with medical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout all interactions

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English at C1 level is required
• Additional European languages (Italian, German, Russian, French, etc.) at B2–C1 level are a strong plus
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Confidence in handling international client interactions
• Strong relationship-building and remote communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with a sense of ownership
• Background in sales, customer service, or medical tourism is an advantage
