In this role, you’ll handle chat-based inquiries, assist potential customers through live chat, and convert leads into loyal clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Must have experience of atleast 1 yr in International Sales.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about our products/services.

- Promote Zyltech’s offerings and successfully close sales.

- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.

Working Hours:

Fixed night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
