International Sales Representative (Outbound)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Evening/Night Shift (International Clients)



Role Overview

Tech BPO is seeking a confident and results-driven International Sales Representative to join our growing outbound sales team. This role involves engaging with international clients (primarily US-based), promoting company services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a persuasive approach, capable of building relationships and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to international prospects using company-provided leads
  • Present and explain company services clearly and professionally to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and long-term engagement
  • Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in international sales, telesales, or BPO sales is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience dealing with US or international clients
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Performance Metrics

  • Number of outbound calls and client interactions
  • Conversion rate from leads to sales
