Role Overview
Tech BPO is seeking a
confident and results-driven International Sales Representative
to join our growing outbound sales team. This role involves engaging with international clients (primarily US-based), promoting company services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a persuasive approach, capable of building relationships and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to international prospects using company-provided leads

Present and explain company services clearly and professionally to potential clients

Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and long-term engagement

Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into paying clients

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems

Follow up with leads to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree

Prior experience in
international sales, telesales, or BPO sales
is preferred

Excellent
English communication skills

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
