Experience:
- International Sales: Minimum 1 year (Preferred)
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, and Product Development—to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in the UK and US markets through cold calling, email outreach, and online prospecting.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Understand client needs and stay updated on industry trends to effectively position Emerald Telecom’s software offerings.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, record activities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales information.
