Preferred Experience
- At least 1 year of international sales experience.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that align with each client’s specific needs.
- Negotiate agreement terms and successfully close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maintain a unified and effective sales approach.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in the UK and US through cold calls, email outreach, and online research.
- Handle a large volume of outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and stay informed about industry trends to position Emerald Telecom’s software solutions effectively.
- Use CRM platforms like Salesforce to manage leads, log activities, and keep sales records accurate and current.
