International Sales Specialist

Serving since 2018 , Smile Hair Clinic is re-located to the financial district of East Istanbul and continues its operation in its 7-floor, elegantly designed, high–tech clinic building where a team of 120+ well-trained staff is working. We are looking for "International Sales Specialist" to join our rapidly growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least an Associate's Degree, preferably a Bachelor's Degree,
• Having sales team or call center experience in the Health, Hair Transplantation or Aesthetics sectors,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English plus French, Arabic, Spanish or Russian ,
• Improved communication and problem solving skills,
• Able to carry out relevant reporting processes,
• Have strong communication skills in sales and customer relations,
• Able to use written and verbal communication channels at a good level,
• Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and questioning skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Compatible with dynamic work tempo and flexible working hours,
• Giving due importance to corporate identity and brand image,
• Motivated to work towards goals

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively using written and verbal communication channels to achieve sales targets determined by the company,
• To provide current and potential customers with information about hair transplantation services and provide correct guidance,
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions,
• Taking the necessary steps to increase customer satisfaction,
• Identifying potential customer segments and using effective sales skills accordingly
