Position: International Sales Consultant – Dental Tourism
Location: Şişli, Istanbul

Role Overview

We are looking for an International Sales Consultant to support our global sales operations and ensure that patients receive clear guidance throughout their treatment process. This position focuses on communication, conversion of patient leads, and delivering a premium service experience while meeting sales objectives.

Main Duties

  • Present DentSpa’s dental treatment solutions to international patients using an advisory sales approach.
  • Update and manage patient profiles via our CRM system efficiently.
  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed treatment plans by applying strong follow-up and closing techniques.
  • Communicate promptly with patients via phone, email, and digital messaging platforms.
  • Coordinate with dentists and clinic teams to align treatment schedules and ensure a smooth patient journey from first contact to treatment completion.

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a similar field.
  • Previous experience in international sales, ideally within health or dental tourism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in lead conversion and client retention.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision while cooperating well with the team.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, or German are a significant advantage.
