What Do We Expect From You?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in B2B, aerospace, manufacturing or industrial companies,
  • Strong financial knowledge, including cost analysis, pricing, margin calculation, profitability analysis and basic project financial evaluation,
  • Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and report business and commercial processes,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a multinational and multicultural environment,
  • Experience in sales management, contract management, pricing negotiations and commercial terms,
  • Good knowledge of SAP and strong command of MS Office applications,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an asset),
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Strong representation, presentation and customer-facing skills.



The Journey, Powered by You, Begins:


  • Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Information (RFI) received from international customers (including manufacturing parts, MRO services, R&D projects and indigenous products),
  • Perform preliminary technical and commercial evaluations; liaise with customers for clarifications and necessary revisions,
  • Prepare competitive quotations by working in close cooperation with internal departments
  • (engineering, pricing, cost, delivery schedules and timelines),
  • Conduct financial and cost analyses to ensure pricing competitiveness, profit margins and sustainability,
  • Lead price and commercial negotiations with international customers,
  • Coordinate the finalization of contract requirements, prepare related documentation and support the approval process until contract signature,
  • Follow up and manage all commercial activities from quotation phase through contract execution,
  • Maintain frequent contact with international customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term B2B account management,
  • Perform pre-evaluation of part drawings and new business opportunities in terms of company manufacturing and quality capabilities in coordination with technical teams,
  • Act as a focal point for assigned projects and coordinate with all related internal departments regarding scope of work,
  • Identify, analyze and report commercial and operational risks; evaluate opportunities and improvement areas,
  • Monitor service performance and customer feedback within departmental targets and company policies,
  • Evaluate and manage customer complaints and support resolution processes,
  • Represent the company in line with assigned authorization and company regulations,
  • Prepare Contracts and Terms & Conditions, negotiate with customers and support mutual approval processes.
