International Sales Specialist
Location: Şişli, Istanbul

DentSpa Clinic is one of Turkey’s top dental tourism providers, welcoming international patients with a multicultural team of 200+ professionals. We are expanding our sales department and looking for a motivated advisor to guide global patients through their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Present dental treatments to international patients using a clear, consultative approach.
• Manage patient records and follow-ups through our CRM.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed treatment plans.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic teams to ensure smooth scheduling and care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, International Relations, etc.).
• Experience in international sales; healthcare or dental tourism is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record in lead conversion.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, German) are a bonus.
