International Sales Specialist (Bulgarian)

MetropolMed is a pioneering healthcare organization with international success in the medical tourism sector.

We are seeking an International Sales Representative who is fluent in Bulgarian and can actively manage international patient communication.

Job Description

· Professionally managing the entire process with Bulgarian-speaking patient prospects, from initial contact through treatment

· Providing personalized solutions based on patient needs

· Coordinating services such as medical procedures, accommodation, and transportation

· Ensuring accurate and complete entry of patient information into the CRM system

· Regularly reporting sales and follow-up processes

Qualifications

· Advanced-level Bulgarian proficiency (mandatory)

· Preferably English or another foreign language proficiency

· Preferably experienced in the healthcare sector, call center, or sales

· Strong communication skills; friendly, patient, and solution-oriented

· Proficient in CRM systems and office applications

· No restrictions on international travel

· Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or having no transportation issues
