We are hiring International Sales Specialists for our Lahore office to work on a US-based campaign. This role is focused entirely on prospecting and involves extensive outbound calling to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by actively reaching out to prospective customers through cold calls.
- Build strong, value-driven relationships with B2B clients in a short timeframe.
- Understand and assess client needs related to Digital Marketing solutions.
- Effectively present and communicate the strategic and tactical benefits of digital marketing services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital marketing products to tailor conversations according to client requirements.
- Research, qualify, organize, and monitor leads and sales-related activities.
- Perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment that demands strong time and task management skills.
- Establish positive rapport with clients over the phone to successfully convert leads into opportunities.
- Support Sales Supervisors by identifying qualified prospects and transferring high-potential calls for deal closure.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in International Sales or Customer Service is highly preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fresh candidates or individuals with 1+ year of experience in outbound B2B sales, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
- Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
