Your Responsibilities:

• Implement and refine sales strategies to attract international patients.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing personalized treatment information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in our CRM system.
• Guide patients through the sales process and ensure smooth transitions into treatment.
• Collaborate closely with dental professionals to coordinate treatment plans and manage expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in international sales, ideally in healthcare, dental, or tourism.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Russian are a plus).
• Self-motivated, positive, and proactive in driving results.
