Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and manage new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new contracts.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in international sales or business development (preferably in health tourism or related fields).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a major advantage.
• Strong intercultural understanding and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in meeting ambitious targets.
