No experience? Just graduated? No problem!

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to kick-start their first career in international sales. Full training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Engage daily with global prospects through outbound calls (warm leads provided)
• Present and promote innovative online trading solutions
• Understand client needs and deliver customized financial services
• Build long-term client relationships with top-tier after-sales support
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet and exceed targets
• Track your performance and contribute to team success

What We’re Looking For

• Currently based in İzmir
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written – required)
• University graduate (any discipline)
• Energetic, persuasive, and confident communicator
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus but not required
• Open to Turkish and international candidates
• For male candidates: must have no military obligation
