The International Scheduling Case Manager coordinates the deposition scheduling process around the globe for complex cases often involving Fortune 500 companies. The case manager establishes and maintains client relationships by demonstrating company expertise, responding to inquiries via telephone and email, documenting actions, and taking care of all logistical arrangements.
This position revolves around providing impeccable customer service from the initial request for services through delivery. It requires poise and professionalism in handling last-minute needs, seamless and effortless teamwork, exceptional attention to detail and precise communication. Work schedules may start as early as 6:00AM and end as late as 3:00AM; an ability & willingness to change work schedule from time to time (with notice) is required.

INTERNATIONAL SCHEDULING CASE MANAGER SHIFT:
Permanent Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm EST Monday-Friday
Training Shift: Choice of either 11:00am - 7:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 1:00pm-9:00pm EST Monday-Friday
INTERNATIONAL SCHEDULING CASE MANAGER COMPENSATION:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour

College degree and several years of work experience, ideally in the industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required.
