Overseas Mid-to-Senior Talent Recruitment (Core Responsibility)
- Responsible for the delivery of overseas mid-to-senior talent recruitment for the Group, including but not limited to management roles, core functional positions, and key professional and technical roles.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Group's business model, overseas business layout, and position requirements; establish close partnerships with business leaders and design targeted recruitment solutions.
- Independently manage the full recruitment life cycle, including requirement clarification, recruitment channel selection, talent sourcing, interview assessment, offer negotiation, and on boarding follow-up.
- Build and continuously develop a pool of overseas mid-to-senior talents to improve the foresight and success rate of key position recruitment.
Overseas Recruitment System & Capability Building
- Participate in the development of the Group's overseas recruitment system and methodology, and deliver standardized overseas recruitment processes, tools, and operating guidelines.
- Provide professional empowerment to overseas recruitment HRs or regional HR teams, including recruitment strategy, interview techniques, talent assessment methods, and overseas recruitment experience sharing.
- Continuously optimize overseas recruitment models by considering labor environments, cultural differences, and talent market characteristics across different countries and regions.
- Promote group-level reviews of overseas recruitment practices and the consolidation of best practices to enhance overall recruitment professionalism and efficiency.
Urgent Business Recruitment Support and Special Assistance
- Intervene and support recruitment efforts when overseas business units encounter urgent or high-difficulty hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment strategy support and resource coordination during major projects and critical market expansion phases to help achieve business objectives.
