International Telecom Cross Sales Representative

We are hiring experienced Telecom Cross-Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is strictly for individuals who have previously worked in cross-selling telecom services and fully understand the inbound call process.

We generate qualified calls for Xfinity and Spectrum, and your responsibility will be to convert those opportunities into sales for other providers, including:

AT&T
DirecTV
Brightspeed
Optimum
Windstream
Additional partner providers

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom cross-sales
Experience selling multiple carriers (preferred)
Fluent English speaking ability — neutral/American accent is a must
Familiarity with telecom sales portals such as:

• Sara Plus
• Chuzo
• And similar platforms

Candidates must already know how cross-sales work, how credit checks are handled, and how orders are submitted and tracked through the portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from existing carrier traffic (e.g. Comcast/Spectrum customers).
• Convert opportunities into successful sales for alternative providers.
• Follow compliance, quality, and verification procedures.
• Maintain high conversion, call handling quality & installation ratio.
• Update CRM/portal systems in real time.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven telecom sales background (cross-sales is mandatory)
Must understand customer qualification, promos, and bundle positioning
Must be reliable, punctual, and self-driven
Ability to handle objections confidently
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
