TENDERING MANAGER (domestic + global)

Salary: 15 Lacs to 20 Lacs PA

Department: Bidding/Procurement

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Working hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm [Monday to Friday]

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s degree in Marketing or B. Pharma or Science.

Must have min 10 years of experience in Tender profile of pharmaceutical industry.

Familiarity with tender management software or tools is an advantage.

Proven experience in tender preparation and submission for Domestic & Global market

POSITION SUMMARY

The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of submitting tenders (proposals) for new projects, contracts, or services. This involves coordinating between internal teams, understanding client requirements, managing timelines, preparing documentation, and ensuring that all bids are of the highest quality. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines, Tender Identification & Bidding, Tender Documentation & Submission and Post-Tender Follow-up & Execution
