International Tour Manager

Travel Hope is hiring a Manager to lead our International
Travel Agency operations. This role is to oversee the daily
operations of the international travel division, ensuring
seamless travel experiences for clients, driving business
growth, and fostering strong relationships with global partners.
Our Manager role combines leadership, strategy, and customer
service expertise to coordinate teams, expand market presence,
and deliver high-quality travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and guide travel consultants, ticketing staff, and
sales executives to ensure effective operations.
*Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth booking,
ticketing, visa processing, and customer service.
*Develop strategies to promote international holiday
packages and air ticketing.
*Achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling,
and new client acquisition.
*Collaborate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel
partners for competitive deals.
*Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure
profitability.

*Manage vendor payments, contracts, and agency
commissions.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality,
Business Administration, or a related field.
*1+ years of experience in International travel agency
operations.
*Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre,
Galileo) and online booking platforms.
*Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship
management skills.
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
*Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and
achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism Management,
Hospitality, or Business.
*Experience in international travel operations with
exposure to multiple markets.
*Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and travel
analytics.
*Multilingual skills.

*Strong industry network with airlines, hotels, and global
travel partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
