Job Purpose:

The International Trader executes client orders across global markets, ensuring precise and efficient trade fulfillment while navigating diverse time zones and liquidity conditions. This role involves utilizing advanced trading platforms to minimize market impact and slippage, constantly monitoring macroeconomic trends to optimize execution timing. You will act as a key liaison between portfolio managers and international brokers, maintaining a rigorous focus on risk management and cross-border regulatory compliance. Success requires the emotional discipline to make high-stakes decisions in volatile environments and the technical expertise to manage the complexities of multi-currency settlements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • CME-3 is mandatory
  • Professional certification such as (CMT, Tadawul Trader Certificate, etc.) is an advantage.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.

  • Executes trades accurately and promptly.
  • Minimizes error rates and regulatory breaches.
  • Enhances client satisfaction through reliable service.
  • Responds to client calls professionally.
  • Meets call volume and commission targets.
  • Ensures client needs are addressed effectively.
  • Monitors market news and structural changes.
  • Tracks economic and geopolitical developments.
  • Adjusts strategies based on market conditions.
  • Adheres to Albilad Shariah standards and ethical trading principles.
  • Follows departmental policies aligned with ABIC’s governance framework.
  • Ensures operations meet both regulatory and religious compliance requirements.
