International Travel & Visa Consultant

Ammad Travel and holidays is seeking a dedicated and experienced International Travel & Visa Consultant to join our Rawalpindi office. You will be responsible for planning international tour packages, handling visit visa consultations, and building strong relationships with our clients from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate international tour packages tailored to client needs
• Provide expert guidance on visit visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
• Pitch and sell travel packages to new and existing clients
• Manage client communication and coordinate all travel arrangements end-to-end
• Follow up on visa applications and ensure timely processing
• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international travel consultancy or visit visa services
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and tour packages
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients and deliver excellent service
• Confident sales skills with a track record of meeting targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Client coordination — Managing client relationships through the full travel journey
• Sales pitch — Presenting and closing international tour packages effectively
• Visa consultancy — Expert knowledge of visit visa processes for major destinations
