This position has direct customer contact with a clients, analyzing business performances and managing serving the client. The goal is to ensure that we offer outstanding service while building and sustaining long-term relationships that result in high customer satisfaction and support of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the preparation of business reviews.
- Makes recommendations to identify program enhancements and provide customer value
- ackownledge about social media platforms
- Expedites day to day service problems
- Builds and sustains relationships with clients
- Manages on site service staff ensuring excellence in operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Manage to handle multiple clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree Required; Bachelor s Degree
- 1-2 Years of client Account Management Experience
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, present complex business reviews to clients
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation
- Proven long-term relationship building experience
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
- Ability to deal effectively with a diverse team of individuals at all organizational levels
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
