Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position. *Responsibilities* - Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences. - Utilize effective phone etiquette to build rapport and trust with potential clients. - Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. - Demonstrate product knowledge and provide detailed information about services offered. - Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively. - Upsell additional products or services that align with customer needs. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using dealership software. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. - Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience. *Requirements* - Previous experience in retail sales or a dealership environment is preferred. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers. - Proficiency in using software tools related to sales management. - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. - Excellent math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or offers. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - A proactive approach towards upselling products or services based on customer needs.
