We are seeking an Internet Manager with automotive dealership experience who is ready to transition from dealership hours into a professional, office-based marketing role.

This position supports dealership clients, the company President, and the digital marketing strategy team. The ideal candidate understands leads, CRM systems, dealership performance metrics, and client communication, and is comfortable managing schedules, preparing meetings, and supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support dealership marketing initiatives and client performance tracking
  • Pull and review CRM data, internet leads, and performance analytics
  • Prepare for and participate in dealership marketing meetings
  • Clearly explain campaign performance, lead trends, and results
  • Coordinate dealership marketing schedules, vendors, and initiatives
  • Manage and help organize the President’s meeting schedule, ensuring priorities, preparation, and follow-up are handled efficiently
  • Ensure meetings are organized, on time, and productive
  • Follow up on action items and maintain communication with dealerships and internal teams
  • Serve as backup support for executive leadership and management teams
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, SEO, and paid media teams
  • Visit dealership partners in person a few times per month as needed
  • Assist with identifying sales growth and dealership expansion opportunities
  • Provide occasional off-hours support for time-sensitive matters, when needed

Qualifications

  • Automotive dealership experience required

(Internet Manager, BDC, Sales, Sales Manager, or similar roles)

  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Comfortable analyzing performance reports and marketing data
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and executive schedules
  • Interest in learning digital marketing strategy and sales growth concepts

Compensation

This position offers a salary range of $48,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
