Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Internet Marketing Assistant to help us to manage and execute our LinkedIn and Instagram marketing efforts. This role supports ongoing ad campaigns, organic content, and brand visibility across platforms.

You will work within defined campaign frameworks and brand guidelines, collaborating closely with leadership to execute consistently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post content on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Execute and support paid and organic ad campaigns
• Repurpose existing content into platform-appropriate formats
• Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly summaries
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards
• Assist with campaign testing, iteration, and optimization
• Stay current on platform best practices and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience marketing on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Familiarity with paid ad campaign structures and targeting
• Ability to follow existing frameworks and brand guidelines
• Strong written communication and visual sensibility
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet weekly deliverables

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, tech, or professional services
• Canva or basic design tool proficiency
• Copywriting or content strategy experience
• Local to Michigan, Grand Rapids. Rockford area preferred.
